Molly Day

Molly joined Illuminate as the Team Assistant in March 2024, based in the London office. In her role, she provides support to various colleagues, handling administration tasks for the executive assistants and assisting the Head of Community with events. Molly is a recent graduate from the University of Bristol, where she earned her BSc in Childhood Psychology in August 2023. Following her graduation, she embarked on a period of travel and gained valuable work experience, further enriching her skills and perspectives.
